About me:

Hey, I’m Jessi – project and event manager based in Cologne – and the mind and heart behind Stay Wild MGMT. For over 10 years, I’ve been working across the worlds of music, festivals, events, brands, and marketing.

I founded Stay Wild MGMT because I want to support projects that are boldly imagined, well organized, and delivered with a human touch.

For me, it’s important that a project doesn’t just make business sense, but feels right on a human level, too. I’m convinced that when it truly aligns for both sides, it leads to projects with lasting impact.

Media Crews

I assemble the right media crew for your project, plan deployments and workflows, and make sure everyone knows what needs to be done and when – from social clips to the official aftermovie.

Artist Handling

I plan and coordinate artist handling – including crews, hospitality, and backstage operations. This ensures artists feel professionally supported, safe, and valued – allowing them to fully focus on their performance.
